Postgres after install - port 5432 failed: Connection refused

After install Postgres as root i got this error in pgAdmin.
I am using ubuntu server 22, and try to connect from a another machine by a browser.
The pdAdmin i can open but to connect to server i got this error:

Unable to connect to server:

connection failed: connection to server at "192.168.x.xx", port 5432 failed: Connection refused
Is the server running on that host and accepting TCP/IP connections?

I did find the problem.
postgres docker-entrypoint.sh in Restarting loop
It is a problem of postgres 18:
docker-library/postgres#1259

The data folder have to be diffrent:
sudo docker run -d --name postgres --restart always --log-opt max-size=10m -p 5432:5432 -e POSTGRES_USER=admin -e POSTGRES_PASSWORD=P@ssw0rd -e POSTGRES_DB=master -v /data/.postgres/data:/var/lib/postgresql postgres:18
