[Enhancement]: Counting react trophy on highscore and 💯 on each 100 multiple

### Current behavior

Currently The Bot does no reaction.

### Desired improvement

At each Highscore till the count breaks the bot must react with 🏆 as well as ✅ , also the bot react with 💯 at each 100 multiple count

### Impact

This might make counting more cool
