[UltraCustomizer] Same action during ... ticks/seconds...

Hello!

Here is a new very basic suggestion for UltraCustomizer but which will allow once again to improve the plugin.

The objective is simple:

When we make a script, add a function to execute the same thing (commands/another script) every time during ... ticks/seconds/minutes etc...

For example: I create a command "/test" that when I execute it, will run a series of assigned commands for ... ticks/seconds etc..
Or, another example: I make a command "/hello" which when executed will make particles appear in the spawn for 50 ticks.

This could be useful in many cases! Have a nice day!
