UltraPunishements - UUID support in API & include IP in ban

Firstly, I suggest to add like UltraPunishments.getAPI().getPunishments().target(uuid) to don't have to get the IndexedPlayer, mostly because all information in the IndexedPlayer are useless, and we get everything with the UUID. So, with the UUID we can do everything?
I don't know if with your system it can be easy to use but I think that it can be very useful.

Then, can you add IP on punishment ? With this, IP ban will be possible. Also, to get ban on same IP, we will no longer need to get player for each ban to check if it's same IP.

IP Bans are already a thing and have been for a long time. By default, any bans are IP-Bans.

Only thing I can think of is to try it out. In my opinion, the ban behavior should be the same with the API as it is in-game but I could be wrong. I do not know anything about coding, much less Java.

I'd suggest you try using the current banning option in the API and see if that also IP-Bans.

If it does not IP-Ban, then I'm afraid you'll have to wait awhile for it to be added as our main dev currently doesn't have access to a PC and it will take at least 2 months before he can buy a new one.
