Configurable timeout for electric collection txid matching

Hi! It would be great if there was a way to provide a custom timeout to electricCollectionOptions to be used in internal awaitTxId calls. This is possible when calling collection.utils.awaitTxId manually but would be nice to have the same level of customization for the "built-in" behavior.

Yeah something like return { txid, timeout: 5000 } should work.
