Inline images in file descriptions #14

Omnimaga is a lot more lax in what is allowed in file descriptions than other sites; so whereas Cemetech and ticalc require plaintext, Omnimaga allows HTML.

Omnimaga also doesn't provide a "screenshots" thing, so most people seem to just stick links to their screenshots into the file description.

...which is a bit weird for us, because some combination of {forum code, HTML} wrapped around image links looks a bit ugly.

I am not sure what the best way to resolve this is. One option would be to collect image links and post them at the end, but some people have written their file descriptions referring to images, so it'd be weird if links were suddenly gone.

Another option is to just not care and do my best to filter out the HTML. That is probably best, so if anyone ever writes some kind of graphical interface on top of calcpkg, they can restore them.
