Description
π Welcome to SupplyGraph AI β Agentic Supply Intelligence Platform (v1.0 Launch)
This repository marks the first public release of SupplyGraph AI β an AI-native, graph-based intelligence platform designed to help enterprises, researchers, and developers understand, analyze, and act on complex global supply networks without requiring any proprietary data uploads.
This is not a traditional dataset or analytics tool.
It is a living, multi-tier, autonomous supply graph powered by intelligent agents.
π What is SupplyGraph AI?
SupplyGraph AI connects and reasons over:
- Products
- Companies
- Countries & regions
- Trade & policy factors
- Risk signals
At its core, it sits at the intersection of:
- Knowledge Graphs
- Multi-Agent Systems
- Global Trade & Tariff Intelligence
- Supply Chain Risk Propagation Modeling
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
It enables:
β
Multi-tier (10+ levels) supply chain visibility
β
AI-driven tariff & HTS / HS classification
β
Compliance & duty calculation (including Chapter 99 / Section 301, etc.)
β
Geographic & country concentration risk detection
β
Single-country dependency analysis
β
Alternative supplier & region substitution discovery
β
Continuous global risk & disruption monitoring
β
Auditable, explainable intelligence with traceable evidence
All without any supplier list uploads or proprietary data sharing.
π¦ Whatβs included in v1.0

π€ Key Agent Groups
1. Automation & Efficiency Agents
Designed for operational efficiency, compliance, and research workflows:
- Customs / HTS Classification Agent
- Tariff & Duty Calculation Agent
- Due Diligence Agent
- Corporate Exception Monitor
2. Supply Graph & Risk Intelligence Agents
Designed for strategy, resilience, and systemic risk analysis:
-
Enterprise Supply Graph Visualization Agent
Multi-tier supply dependency map for any enterprise -
Geographic Concentration & Dependency Agent
Identifies and quantifies region-level and single-country overexposure -
Tier-1 Supplier Discovery Agent
Finds verified, lower-risk Tier-1 suppliers globally -
Regional Substitution Recommendation Agent
Suggests alternative sourcing regions to reduce risk concentration
All agents follow the same standardized A2A lifecycle:
run β status β results
This makes them easy to orchestrate across enterprise systems, research environments, and multi-agent frameworks.
π Live Interactive Agent Demos
Before integrating via API or A2A, you can experience the agents directly through live chatbots (powered by the same backend and logic as the A2A API).
| Agent | Live Demo |
|---|---|
| Due Diligence Agent | https://supplygraph.ai/zk_chat_os/agentic/dialog.html?name=sg_due_diligence |
| Supply Graph Visualization Agent | https://supplygraph.ai/zk_chat_os/agentic/dialog.html?name=sg_visualization |
| Geographic Concentration Analysis Agent | https://supplygraph.ai/zk_chat_os/agentic/dialog.html?name=sg_concentration |
| Tariff Calculation Agent | https://supplygraph.ai/zk_chat_os/agentic/dialog.html?name=tariff_calc |
| Customs Classification Agent | https://supplygraph.ai/zk_chat_os/agentic/dialog.html?name=tariff_classification |
To use the chatbot:
- You must register a SupplyGraph AI account
- Top up credits (pay-as-you-go, same as API usage)
β
Credits used in the chatbot are deducted in exactly the same way as A2A / API calls
β
What you test here is exactly what you can integrate
β What problem are we solving?
Most companies cannot confidently answer questions such as:
- Where is my true upstream dependency risk?
- How concentrated is my supply chain in a single country or region?
- What happens if one region becomes inaccessible?
- Which suppliers are safer, compliant alternatives?
- How do tariffs and trade rules impact my cost model today?
SupplyGraph AI is built to answer these β with data, clarity and auditable proof.
π Who should use SupplyGraph AI?
Ideal for professionals and organizations operating across complex global networks:
- Manufacturing & Automotive β dependency risk, diversification, tariff exposure
- Energy & Semiconductors β critical material and concentration tracking
- Retail & Consumer Goods β compliance, resilience & substitution planning
- Risk / Compliance / Governance teams β trade + sanctions + exposure analysis
- Investment & Financial Analysis β network-based risk modeling
- Government & Research Institutions β trade policy, security & resilience modeling
If youβre responsible for strategy, risk, sourcing, or compliance,
SupplyGraph AI is built for you.
