[UbuntuTouch] Automatically detect music files in ~/Music

PhoenixPlayer looks super-promising, but there are a few things that make it little useful on Ubuntu Touch. One of them is music files that you have to import.

Expected Behavior

When PhoenixPlayer starts it should automatically scan for music files in ~/Music (which may be localized i.e. named different according to user language). This is probably a bit tricky to solve due to confinement, but it must be possible somehow, otherwise how does the default Music player access those files.
