Should determine if the current "small_claims.pdf" is the right PDF, or if "SmallClaims26Printed.pdf" is newer and just wasn't added to the package.

Few things:

• SmallClaims26Printed was left behind in the playground. However, it's unfinished, and has placeholder text from the mediation section.
• An existing link in the transfer memo (https://www.mass.gov/doc/statement-of-small-claims-and-notice-for-efiling-select-district-court-bmc-and-housing-court/download) has a different version of the document from both the current pdf and SmallClaims26Printed, looks to be slightly different, but it's been the same as it was when the memo was written in April 2025, so I don't think it's newer than SmallClaims26Printed.

Idk. Guess I'll just go with SmallClaims26Printed for now. Leaving this issue open until I can get the correct text that should go in the mediation placeholder text.
