ID names of opposing parties: User feedback: something (`other_parties[0].name.first`)

Question ID	names of opposing parties
Details	the case number does not print out on the form and defendant names are cut off. Other notes written do not print out and you state that you do not e-file so basically I am forwarding a form that is not like the first one I originally filled out by hand which was so much neater and included the necessary information. I can't even find a blank form and I know one was emailed to me by someone from the court, I think.
