Only show on hover of markdown block, or when cursor is inside of a Markdown code block

This plugin is a fantastic concept, it's something I stumbled across and didn't realise I needed it :-).

Is it possible to make the copy/open in tab show only when hovering over a markdown block, or when inside it via cursor?

Not 100% across the Sublime API, but probably related to #3
