chore: fix compilation errors and event system

- Removed duplicate contractevent import causing macro conflicts
- Removed duplicate validate_distribution function
- Fixed event publishing to use tuple-based topics format (SDK v25 compatible)
- Shortened event symbols to comply with 9-char limit
- Created test.rs module with basic test structure
- Fixed symbol_short! length violations

EVM Audit: No Solidity artifacts found. 100% Soroban compliant.
