Brownie Improvements

• Remove dependencies from brownie config if unused
• Check if contract verification is possible while using node_modules dependencies
• Check how TokenUtils library is linked
• Use constants instead of values/ fee amount
• Pass the desired owner in Ownable contracts to avoid extra transferOwnership step post deployment.
