Background image support?

One of the main issues I'm looking to find a solution to for HTML emails is support for background images across email clients (including Outlook on Windows).

Does HEML handle background images?

In my tests with 'background-image' it worked fine, the problem is that not all servers (outlook, gmail, etc...) will support this feature
