I'm new at this field and I just read your documentation and I'm a little confused.
I don't know the step-by-step process for writing a guest program on the circuit and validating it.
I would appreciate it if you guys help me through this.

Certainly! To kickstart your journey, once you've crafted your contract, use olac (installable via Brew: brew install sin7y/ola/olac). Subsequently, generate the ABI with the assistance of this library: https://github.com/Sin7Y/ola-lang-abi. For local contract interaction, run OlaVM on the "playground" branch (https://github.com/Sin7Y/olavm/tree/playground). This involves executing the contract for trace generation, proof production, and verification.
