Hello I just bought a nano simpad and it doesn't show up in the driver, when I click on the bar nothing appears even when I click refresh

+1, same. Trying different usb ports, cables, open soft as admin but all that makes no sense :(

The vendor id of the device might be wrong, check in the device manager
