Custom encoded files are not extracted correctly

Dear,

Using files having UTF-8 and Shift-JSI/SJIS encoding it's impossible to extract Japanese word which is inside.

If you try to save the word 'test' as 'テスト' in files encoded as SJIS and UTF-8, it will not export these letters inside the text viewer window but some mathematical signs.
It's working fine when the file is within UTF-16 encoding

Is it possible to analyze it ?
