Update contributing and/or readme to highlight contribution paths #4
Description
The current repository guidance directs users to a list of stories for the app as well as instructing them to create UI Builder variants.
Since some of the stories apply to functionality outside of UI Builder, let's be clear on how we will allow for these. These will be accepted but not merged (still meeting Hacktoberfest requirements) so users can have the experience of delivering a story without blocking others
