Check missing links from blocks to manual

Every block should have one section or paragraph with the description in the manual:

Blocks that have a description in the manual, but are wrongly linked

• ...

Blocks that don't have a description in the manual

• ....

The URL is automatically generated with the block name and can be accessed in the context-menu:

The block name would be the one after the '#' -> https://manual.sen2cube.at/blocks.html#entity_definition -> in this case, it would be entity_definition

I have been looking at the possibilities to add multiple identifier to the same header (with the # Header {#identifier} syntax) but could not find anything useful. See https://pandoc.org/MANUAL.html#heading-identifiers

I was thinking of the same - you may have seen that I added some headers to be able to link to it. On the other hand, it might be worthwhile to think whether this requirement is not so disappointing re structure of the manual - we may have to work more with links and references
