Feature: Destination(s) of the Chain can be "selected all"

AuthMatrix is great, it's the best extension I've ever used and I think it's irreplaceable.There is a feature I'd like to see implemented in this extension.
Currently the Destination(s) of the Chain can only select the existing IDs in the Requests table, and even if I select all, when new Requests are sent to AuthMatrix, the Chain will not work for them, and I need to select the Requests' IDs again.
I would like Destination(s) to have an option to select all, so that when new Requests are sent to AuthMatrix, this Chain will still be valid for the new Requests.
