Unit tests: ut_repyv2api_commandlineargs.py leaves dangling Repy processes #124
Description
On a D-Link DIR-505 WiFi router running OpenWrt "Chaos Calmer" 15.05.1 (ar71xx/MIPS platform), running ut_repyv2api_commandlineargs.py results in a non-terminating subprocess that contains a RepyV2 sandbox with a noop program (!).
Perhaps Popen + std streams need special handling on this platform too, as they do on Windows.
