Disable back swiping out of Sleep

Currently, if a user puts the app to Sleep then a back swipe takes the app out of Sleep. Perhaps it should really be minimising the app instead? Not sure if that's possible? I think the idea is that the user isn't using the app anymore and they want to get back to doing something else.
