Is there a log file for the 'We purposely skip building 46/491 due to MPI requirements, missing dependencies, or execution errors (mainly segfaults and out-of-memory errors)' ? So, some of the errors could be fixed.

Yes some of the errors could be fixed, and more codes could be included. When I was originally building all the codes, I was aiming to get as many built/executing/profiled as possible, so I didn't spend the extra effort into digging deeper into the more problematic codes that would require more time for me to get correctly working.

This could be a good task for an LLM agent to try to get the remaining codes working in the background.
The list of codes that I excluded are listed in the CMakeLists.txt file under the variable called IGNORE_TARGETS. Right above this list of targets, I list out the various targets and their issues that I ran into. This could be a good place to start in choosing which codes to target for getting all the codes working.

I will also note that I tried to use the same CMakeLists.txt file on a newer version of clang (clang++20), and was getting some errors that I was not getting with clang++18. This would also be another good task to leave an LLM agent trying to figure out in the background, letting it update the CMakeLists.txt file to get the other targets buidling corretly with the newer compiler versions.
