Bug Report on V-HACD screwdriver (intersection)

it was suggested to report the bug from libc++api due to self intersections.

Could you provide the details about the error?

It just stopped execution with a libc++api exception, due to self intersections. At this point I've lost the error, but at the time I checked the error message but didn't see any useful information, sorry about that

I changed some of the parameters, and the error went away
