Consolidate datasets?

I wonder if we might want to use one really cool dataset for everything. It would be a lot of work but might be helpful for folks??

Maybe not worth it, as I think looking at different datasets is useful in a different way..

yeah it is hard to find a dataset that has everything.. but the UFO one is pretty good and we use it for the cleaning portion - it also has missing data etc.

I used it here https://github.com/carriewright11/prov_dev_data_science_4_teachers as well - the website doesn't show much cause I made the pages hidden so people wouldn't navigate to other places for that use case :P
