Issue description:
I was looking for a way to remove a custom mesh I added . I could not find a way to do that. I accidently clicked on Custom Button, But Changed my mind and Decided to close the File Dialogue.

Steps to reproduce:
Open File Dialogue In Preview 3D > Choose Model = Custom> Do not add any model just try to Close the File Dialogue
