I've been using bspwm for a while, but it feels like it's time to spice some things up. There are a few things I want to give a shot:
xmonad: Haskell-based, and looks pretty cool. However, it has no plan to support Wayland. (Although waymonad exists, its development seems to have halted.)
sway: A drop-in replacement of i3, actively developed with very big user base. It requires me to "revive" my old i3 config from ancient commits.
hyprland: Looks very cool, and has all the hipster features I want (dual Kawase blur, transparency, etc.).
Maybe the dotfile management script refactoring(#9) should be finished first?
