Can someone provide me the preprocessed training and testing data ( csv / vcf ) files that were used in applying machine learning classification algorithm.

Hi,
Unfortunately, the training/testing data contains protected germline variants and thus cannot be shared outside the lab. Please see a link to our paper here: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41525-017-0032-5#Sec11 where you can access the data after applying for data access.
