Klippy cannot handle large code chunks

When adding klippy to longer code chunks (i.e. ones that end up needing to scroll), the scroll bar does not appear and the code spills over the bottom of the chunk on the HTML.

Not sure if this is fixable but wanted to put the issue out anyway. Thanks for a cool addition to RMarkdown though!
