Compatibility wtih OJS 3.5? Plugins not loading

After installation this plugin in OJS 3.5 there are two issues occuring:

1. Plugin does not appear in plugins list in main administration (Admin -> Settings -> Website -> Plugins)
2. Plugin list does not load at all in any journal setting (Admin -> Journal -> Settings -> Website -> Plugins). Loading spinner keeps spinning, but plugins grid doea not load at all. Cannot see any errors in console too.

Any plan to make it compatible by fixing this issue?

you need to change 3 files

1: plugins/generic/citations/CitationsPlugin.php line 83 to

    public function setPageHandler($hookName, $params): bool

I'm not sure I understand your edit in step 2 above. Line 101 in plugins/generic/citations/CitationsPlugin.php is the middle of a list of arguments being passed to return array_merge(...)

Also it does seem to run in 3.5.0.2 with edits 1 and 3 above (I didn't do edit 2 because I couldn't figure out how). It is currently showing the little block with Scopus g and other and trying to do citation counts.
