Restore the legacy VST UI to pick color and track name

In some specific situations, like using the Sinks VSTs on effect busses, the color and name of the track will not be picked up.
Furthermore, a lot of users are confused by the fact that the VST UI for the sink cannot be opened. A reminder that they need to open the desktop app on this UI would help greatly.
