Questions about hashgrid

Thanks for sharing this amazing code and for your contribution to the community!

I noticed that in gaussian_model_implicit.py, the hash grid storing the anchor feature for each Gaussian is commented out in Lines 308/325. Instead of storing the feature in the hash grid, your code adopts a discrete feature representation attached to each Gaussian. However, this seems to differ from the approach in your ECCV version.

Could you share the motivation behind this change? I’d love to understand the reasoning and potential benefits.
