Fill task does not continue after server crash/restart

Running fillTask disappears from config.yml after server crash or restart,
so task does not continue and needs to be run all over again from start (there is no task in config, therefore no record of when it stops).
Using latest version WorldBorder version 2.1.5

After testing for a bit, It seems to be doing it from the crash, it's counting it as a whole STOP, instead of Pause.

I'll check a bit more.

Just wanted to add that I have the same issue on git-Paper-411 (MC: 1.17.1) (Implementing API version 1.17.1-R0.1-SNAPSHOT) (Git: 6625db3 on ver/1.17.1).
