#171 adds calc_raster_counts, calc_raster_stats, and plot_raster_stats, with examples of their usage with an old (coarse-resolution) kNN age layer.
I think it's probably worth putting a more complete SCANFI workflow into a vignette. I'm already using one for testing locally (producing summary plots by ecozone), but the resource use is quite high, so it's not something we should ever run automatically.
The vignette could be run once to produce summary plots by ecozone, ecoprovince, ecoregion, etc. and the resulting rendered vignette would then have all of the plots contained within it, rather than being stashed away in some Google Drive location.
