Feature request: Let `gen-idea` ingest `alternative_plan_language`

Currently gen-idea.md cannot change default language, so every time I have to ask humanize to translate the idea to another language, it's troublesome.

Start a issue instead of a direct PR since I am not sure the best way to modify the skills
