Mastering the volumes of each song by ear is proving to be difficult. I'll have to find a better method to keep the volumes consistent.

Does ffmpeg have an option to fix that automatically?

Not sure, though I am now finding out how to use macros to do it automatically using Audacity. With these macros I can also convert all the files to 48kHz and FLAC automagically.

Okay, it does appear that ffmpeg has the ability to normalize audio. We could try that!

All the music should be normalized to -24 LUFS.

This would be much more efficient than me making a PR that changes every song's normalization (your worst nightmare)
