[CI] Update logprob_test and base_test docker to paddle_dev

Modifications

Updated Run FastDeploy LogProb Tests and Run Base Tests docker to paddle_dev[gcc (Ubuntu 11.4.0-1ubuntu1~22.04.2) 11.4.0]:

• Old: ccr-2vdh3abv-pub.cnc.bj.baidubce.com/paddlepaddle/paddleqa:fastdeploy-ciuse-cuda126-dailyupdate
• New: ccr-2vdh3abv-pub.cnc.bj.baidubce.com/paddlepaddle/paddleqa:fastdeploy-ciuse-cuda126-paddle-dev
