[Feature] Webhooks on events

## Summary

I'd like to see webhooks implemented, when a specified event happen (e.g. a task is completed, or whatever).

## Problem

Push data to external systems in real-time.

## Proposed Direction

Be able to select a set of events for which the system would call the specified URL with a HTTP POST request.
