It is noticed the following package needs to be installed / updated in the taxdata-dev environment

lxml_html_clean
plotly
kaleido

taxcalc will need to be updated (to > 5.3.0 after new makeing puf.csv in Aug 2025 PR) ~ ongoing draft PR in taxcalc now
