Wish: Add I2S audio output on/off function

In the audio settings menu add an entry for optional I2S audio output settings
To have both MPX output and dsp processed L and R signal in I2S format at tef pin 17,18 and 19

Reason for an option instead of always on:
The digital output pins might interfere/add noise to the analog signals.

I don't think this will interfere with reception when it is enabled and left open. Did you notice that?

No, I didn't notice that (yet) because I don't have a tef v1 receiver with enabled I2S output. Just a fear from my side.
