Video as inject seed.

Current behavior: A user cannot use or submit video as an entrypoint to the diffusion.

Expected behavior: A user must be able to take content in video format and use that to drive the diffusion as they would other img2vid actions.

We are waiting to see what WP-1.5 does before we commit to supporting this, as it raises bigger concerns around packaging up / producing / distributing these vidinits. We would prefer not to do this unless strictly necessary.

This is not currently necessary for Waypoint-1.5. We may revisit this in future.
