Enable deposits of non-numeraire token #44

In the style of

in order to abstract complexity for depositors interested in investing arbitrary tokens, add a 1Inch swapper performing LP-token > numeraire Orion token (> Orion vault token).
Both protocol and app are effected by this, as the "deposit" button would call this entry contract if the LP token is not underlying_asset
