[bug] ouds-web version change

Describe the issue

when selection version0.6 there isa a 404 error
when selecting version 0.2, the version selector does not work anymore

tested when version 1.4 was released and on a chrome on Macos

Reduced test cases

select the version 0.6 and 0.2 of the documentation

Thank you Benoit, we do not feel this is a huge issue as no one should be using 0.x versions. We will probably remove the 0.x archives in a future version anyway
I fixed the 0.6 link issue but we will keep the bug on 0.2 as it is very old and minor
