E217 Shonan Livery issue

1. What is the bug/issue?
   E217 Shonan livery formation bug

2. How did you make the bug/issue happen?
   Happens when trains (w. historical formation) got reversed.

3. What would fix the bug?
   Should be similar formation to those of series 211, E231, E233.

Recoding is the best choice considering the issues from E217 Yokosuka livery, but temporal code forcing users to use specific formation (or dividing to individual locomotives) could be the option.
