Add git hooks for linting, testing, ...

The default option is to add husky (actually, I dunno any other).

Happy to talk/discuss which hooks to use. I remember to use linting on commit, testing on pushing...

+1 for linting on commit, -1 for tests on push (that's what GitHub workflows are for)

@UlisesGascon Can I add it? It would save me some time every time I forget to fix the code styles when I make changes.
