Strange results with Modelica.Electrical.Batteries.Examples.CCCV_StackRC

I'm trying to figure out what's wrong in Modelica.Electrical.Batteries.Examples.CCCV_StackRC. The diff report only lists energy.y as not matching. However, if I compare the cell capacitor voltages, the results are also quite different between the reference

and the OMC simulation

Why aren't they also reported as not matching?
