Incorrect V-grade to YDS display on Difficulty Pyramid in Profile Page

For example, as shown in the image below 5.11d does not correspond to V7, and should be V3.

For reference, here is a grade conversion from the American Alpine Institute:

So it seems sandbag doesn't support YDS to V-grade conversion, which may be the issue:

Would be significantly better if there was just a pyramid for routes and a pyramid for bouldering!
