RDP Session is not initiated post SPP,SPS 8.0 LTS upgrade and with SCALUS 1.1.0.317 version

Hi,

I have done the SPP, SPS upgrade to 8.0 LTS from 7.5.2. Post upgrade, the 'Start RDP Session' is initiating the session (prompt appears to open), once it tries to connect the RDP machine, it throws an error 'Your credentials didn't work'. But when I do 'Download RDP file' or using connection string, or using direct machine IP and the password(obtained from PAM access request), it works perfectly. Start SSH Session works perfectly with SCALUS. Only the issue with 'Start RDP Session' throws this error. Not sure what is blocking or causing this issue only go thru with Start RDP session. Any assistance would be appreciated. thanks.

This looks to be related to the issue documented in KB 4379622. Try the workaround (deselect the "Use Hostname For Launch" option) as per the KB or waiting for fix in new SPP and SPS release.
