Contributor Covenant Code of Conduct

Our Pledge

We as members, contributors, and leaders of the Net-GPT research community pledge to make participation in our project a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, visible or invisible disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, caste, color, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.

Our Standards

Examples of behavior that contributes to a positive environment:

  • Demonstrating empathy and kindness toward other researchers
  • Being respectful of differing opinions and findings
  • Giving and gracefully accepting constructive feedback
  • Focusing on what is best for the research community
  • Showing awareness of responsible disclosure principles

Examples of unacceptable behavior:

  • The use of this research for unauthorized offensive operations
  • Deployment of attack tools against systems without explicit authorization
  • Trolling, insulting/derogatory comments, and personal attacks
  • Public or private harassment
  • Publishing others' private information without explicit permission

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies within all project spaces and when an individual is representing the project in public spaces. This includes GitHub issues, pull requests, conference presentations, and academic communications.

Enforcement

Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported to the project team at anyiliu@oakland.edu. All complaints will be reviewed and investigated promptly and fairly.
