Missing release assets (binaries) for latest release v1.8.1

I noticed that the latest release, v1.8.1, is missing the pre-built binary assets (e.g., charon-v1.8.1-linux-arm64.tar.gz, checksums, etc.) that are typically attached to every release (as seen in v1.8.0).

Currently, only the Source Code (zip/tar.gz) is listed in the Assets section.

Expected Behavior

The release should contain the standard pre-built binaries for supported architectures (amd64, arm64) to allow for easy installation/upgrades without building from source.

Actual Behavior

The "Assets" section for v1.8.1 is empty except for the source code archives.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Releases page.
2. Observe the "Latest" release (v1.8.1).
3. Expand the "Assets" dropdown (if applicable) or view the listed files.
